IE5 cannot find server

I just got a micron pc with win me on in and i can connect to my isp but when i open explorer it shows the page "page cannot be displayed" cannot find server. no help from micron they say its the isp problem, isp sayes they can't help because of no support for win me

There have been lots of ppl with the same problem your having. Dont know of any fixes or work around to date. You have two options downgrade to win98SE or wait for a DUN update.
Howdy, Ok you can get connected but nothing will display? Can you send and receive E-Mail? Who is you're ISP? And I take it you are using a friends computer to post this message. Have you clicked on File and made sure there is not a check mark next to work offline? Also, most companies are not supporting/ISP's are not supporting Win Me untill its offical release date.

Try setting up the connection manually.
It does sound like an ISP problem - I had the same experience with Win2k beta testing but a manual connection cured it. Haven't had any problem with Me beta testing, though.
