Subject: IE causing errors
Comment:

I have IE6, and I believe that it has caused problems upon system shutdown. Every time I try to shut down, there are messages stating that Taskmon, Mmtask, and Ssdpsrv are causing errors in >, and will close. What could cause this problem and how can I get rid of it?

Two questions.
1. does this mean now windows does not automatically recognize new plug and play devices?
2. this only solves one problem, what about Taskmon and Mmtask? They show the same error message.
