tried pest patrol wesite but error kept coming up so i could not realy do anything.

Reply: (edit)Did you deregister the dll like it said first before trying to delete it? You may have to delete the file in DOS. Use your start-up disk and get a c: prompt then try deleting it from there. But if you follow the directions exactly like they say at theTPS108 website, you should clean all of it out.
