When I open IE browser, everytime I get an error box
come up saying "IE has caused a vbscript error". It then
wants to report the error and then shuts the browser down.
What can I do to fix this. I'm using winme.

Is there any way you can give us the exact error you are getting? If the error reporting tool comes up, click on Details or "view report". Copy and paste it here.
In the meantime, go to internet options>>advanced. Make sure Disable script debugging is checked and Disable a notification about every script error is unchecked.

This is what I get, but it's a long list, couldnt put it all.

Try downloading and installing the Visual Basic Runtime files. This should include a new VBScript.dll file. You can find the download here:
Visual Basic 6.0 SP5: Run-Time Redistribution Pack (VBRun60sp5.exe)
If that does not solve your issue, try downloading the scripting host. It is not technically for ME, but it may help. You can find it here:
