how can i identify mother board and components inside my computer it didnt come with a list i need the correct identity of all the components and motherboard. Any progs that will do this for you.

Or just use this built in program Start/Run type hwinfo /ui notice sapce after hwinfo.

Anyone who follows Brant's advice (response #2), will wind up with a 100-500+KB file in C:\windows called hwinfo.dat.
Just what you need. More useless junk files clogging your hard drive.
That file CAN be (safely) deleted from within Windows. And should be.

~~FYI~~ Belarc reports my motherboard as this.. ASUSTeK Computer INC. PEGASUS REV 1.xx The markings on my motherboard are this.. Asus CUV-NT No where on the internet but a tiny little website that sells this board have i found any information about it. Not even listed at asus.com.
I have an internal modem that will work with a few different drivers. Belarc gives me different information depending on which modem driver is installed.
My point.... If you have an off the shelf computer you might not get acurate results from these programs.
