ICSMGR.EXE Error?

I have two computers networked together using "ICS". After they sit idle for a short time I get an error on my master system saying ICSMGR has caused a failure in ICSMGR.DLL. ICSMGR will now close. Can anyone tell me what is going on and how to fix it? Thanks
