That file is found in a modem driver.It should be either in the software that came with it or available at the mfg website. jimi_l

the file es198x.sys is a sound card driver for ESS based sound cards. You can get the file in your original sound card drivers or go to www.driverguide.com (login : drivers pass: all) and try them they had it last time I checked good luck!
