Hi, I have a real problem on my hands. Previously I had no problem using Nero 5.5 until today. As i got into the program I get this message 'The Win-ASPI file '?.?' cannot be found, therefore you can currently select only image recorders. The missing file is part of the Windows 95/98/Me files. Please fix this problem and then restart Nero. (Error 15: Mismatched components!)' So I decided to delete Nero, however, was not able to in Control Panel so I had to do it manually. I tried to reinstall Nero and then I get this message. 'The wizard was interrupted before Nero could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again. Click Finish to exit the wizard.' All I want is to use Nero again. I have no idea what the problem is.. If someone has had the same experience and has fixed it please help. I really need to use my burner. Thankyou!

You SHOULD have just downloaded the ASPI files, installed them and then everything would most likely have been alright...can't think, beyond a reinstall or a session of norton utilities, what you can do now tho!

Think about system restore before you give up hope. It may work.
