Hi, windows media player and realone player and musicmatch jukebox (even kazaa theater) won't play ANY video files... mpeg, mpg, avi, etc.

When I do try to open a file, it will freeze.

Please help.

What is the default player for the file types? Are you opening the player first, or just clicking on the filename?

the computer will freeze whether I open the program first or double click the file. Windows media was the original default player. When that froze, it was music match jukebox. When that froze it is real player. That freezes too. they all worked before. I don't know what the problem is. Please help.
