how to removw w32.opaserv(win.ini) worm/virus from my computer... i've updated my norton antivirus but it cannot delete/quarantine this files..

Symantec has a removal tool for opaserv at their website. If the file is listed in a restore file, you will need to turn off system restore and restart your computer. Run NAV after the restart and if the system is clean, you can turn system restore back on.
