I added a secondary hard drive to my P4 1.7 system. I'm running ME as well. It shows up in the BIOS, but not in 'My Computer'. I guess I need to format it, but I don't know how. Help!

if I remember after I installed a second drive, after booting up it was in my computer, see if booting with a startup disk
finds it, if so you'll need to fdisk it
then format it.
most hard drive manufacturers have utilities that do this for you, such as maxblast for maxtor.go to the manufacturers site and get the utility for it, makes it easy.

you can allso you m.e or 98 boot disk to fdisk and format
you can make one in add/remove click tab behined it and make one of you can d/l one at www.bootdisk.com
