Dear people,
Please help me.
I need to wipe clean my HD and do a clean install of win 2000 pro.
Previously I had win ME, but something went wrong when I was doing a partition and the power went down. Now my computer is vuzz and I can not get it to boot.
So, how can I get rid of ME and format the HD?
I did FDISK but now I don't understand the options that are been given to me!?
What shall I do?
Create DOS partition or Logical DOS Drive, Set active partition, Delete partition or Logical DOS Drive, or Display partition Information?
Please can I get some help?
Thanks

Hi

you might try going to http://www.computerhope.com/sfdisk1.htm
it will give screen shots of fdisk and explain what is going and the options on each.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Richard
