Install WinME first on drive C: then install W2K from within WinME but choose new installation and when it ask's where to install choose free space on C: or if you have partitioned the drive choose the second partition.

Boot the system up from a cold start with the win2000 cd in the cd-rom. If your motherboard allows you to boot from CD-rom make sure you change your cmos to allow a cdrom, a:, c: boot sequence. It work for me by installing win2000 on a seperate partition
