Start/Run/ then type msconfig and click ok select the startup tab and remove the check from the offending program and click apply-ok and restart the system

The only true way to do it is start-run-type "msconfig" and go to start up. Dont go crazy unchecking everything. you need explore and espi setup checked if you have that
Summary: How do you register a file? We are trying to register mmcndmgr.dll. We were told to use the run command and enter "regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\mmcndmgr.dll" but it keeps saying "load library failed...
