How do I install new drivers for modem?

I have just upgraded to Windows ME from Windows 95. I have a Rockwell modem which does not seem to be recognised. I have downloaded new drivers, how do I install these?

right click -my computer-choose properties- device manager tab-click the + next to modem- highlight your modem-click properties- click the driver tab-click update driver- guide it to your new driver.
another way is highlight your modem ,then click remove, then reboot ,let windows redetect it ,and when prompted browse to where your new drivers are located.
