how do i change drive letters manually?

I was wondering if and how do i change the drive letters of my DVD ROM drive and CD burner from (I:) and (J:) to (Y:) and (Z:).

This will insure any hard drives that i periodically install (for File Backups and transfers) won't change my existing drive letter references. Thanks in advance.

you might try right clicking on the drives in questions and have a look in there.
out of time or i,d give more

Hi
rt.click on my computer
properties
device manager
cd rom plus sign
double click on drive
settings
you can change there
