How can i get a print screen of a movie (puni puni poemi) in Windows Media player 8.
I can't, when i want save the imagen (in paint)... i can't!!! is just BLACK...
Tasukete kure!

Hi Lain,
I'm not sure if this is exactly what you mean but to capture the currently active window as an image, press ALT and the PRINT SCREEN button (in the same way as just pressing PRINT SCREEN captures the whole screen as an image).
That image will then be saved to the Windows clipboard. Go into your graphics program (for example I use Paint Shop Pro) and go into the EDIT menu. From there you should be able to choose PASTE AS NEW IMAGE, or PASTE SPECIAL. This will load up the contents of the clipboard as a new image that you can then save, crop the parts of the image that you don't want so you are left with the still from the movie file. That's about the only easy way I can think of without getting movie software that can capture specific stills from the movie - maybe one of the other guys can suggest software that can do this?
Cheers,
Mark

You can take a screen shot of your PC by pressing the print screen button next to the F12 button. This puts the shot into a temporary memory (clip board??) then paste it in to a wordpad document. Or with Cyberlink's Powerdvd you can take snap shot bitmap's or Jpg's of the file you are playing. I think you get the choice of two sizes. Depending on the bit rate of the file relates to the quality of the snapshot.
I will E-mail you a snapshot from one of my music video's (mpeg saved to disc)to see what sort of quality can be expected. DVD's may be perfect but mpeg's are easily good enough.

The screen shot using Powerdvd was 1280kb.
The maximun Hotmail allows to transfer is 1024kb. If you want to try something else post back. I check this site regularly.
