Comment:

When I click on the 'Contact' or 'Email Us' button on any website, the Hotmail 'Compose' address comes up in another window but says 'Page Not found'. I can go to Hotmail manually to send an email but it was quicker when it opened automatically. Can I set it up to work properly?

Are you logged into Hotmail when you do this? If not, then you'll probably need to be.

I never log out of Hotmail but I may not have it running in another window - would that make it not work? Thanks for replying anyway, i'll give it a go.

Incidentally, the http address that comes up
is www.hotmail.com/secure/start....
but 'Compose' address starts something like by108.fdbay.108..... if that helps
