Heres a fix to the MSOE.DLL Problem

This is a sure fix for when your Outoll Express will not open. The Missing MSOE.DLL problem can be fixed here.

Copy and paste the link in your browser, when you get there do a search for Outlook Express in the operating system you are using. There will be a file by this name there "October 2002, Cumulative Update for Outlook Express 6.0 SP1 " or you can just copy and paste this link for for the dirrect download and that is:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/outlookexp/oe6sp1pa/6/W98NT42KMeXP/EN-US/q331923.exe

That link will work for:
Win 98
NT 4.0
Win 2K
Win ME
and Win XP

It is a patch that fixed my problem, and I'm sure it will work for you.....

I ws very relieved to see this fix but after download and opening, Windows told me that IE6 and SP1 should be installed. But it is, cos I'm using it and it is in Add/Remove. Any ideas please?
