Hi! Dan!
This is an idea(long shot)Dan.You might try this. Now,if it doesn't work, then tell us so.Someone will think of something else.--Here we go: With your arrow go to START and click> scroll up to PROGRAMS and click >slide over to ACCESSORIES>scroll to MS-DOS PROMPT and click> Now,when that black box comes up type in scanreg/fix and press ENTER.-It might call for a computer restart.

P.S.:I did this over a year ago when all the pages I went to said cannot be displayed. This was a MicroSoft Tech Lady.Note:Yours might need a different solution in which there are solutions to.

I had that problem and also my System Restore thought it was SATURDAY, DECEMBER 30,1899.
I got the below registry entries from microsoft knowledge base. It fixed both problems.
Just copy and paste them into notepad and then save it as a ".reg" file (no quotes) save it to a floppy or your desktop or wherever!
right click on it and select "merge.
Good Luck

I've only been a member since late JULY but I am in my third reinst. now.
I have only had this pC since JUNE 1.
Every 2 months or so seems to be the interval for me.
Toodles - - HAPPY REINSTALLING!

My back page option stopped working on me weeks ago ;-(

I have to totally close out of a site or page and then come back in...what a hassle!

I notified Dell about it...they tell me that Microsoft is known for this happening...has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do to resolve it? You've heard of 'I want my Mappo" (dating myself here lol).l..and you've heard of "I want my MTV"...well, I want my back page option back! LOL (truly any help in ideas would be greatly appreciated ;-)

Sorry, I just realized that I am suppose to be responding to the existing question rather than using this to create my own, but I don't know where else to go to ask my question, and me responding to the existing question would be worse than the blind leading the blind...
