I have to have my system reconfigured but before this is done I need to back up my files and folders - Favorites, music, pictures, etc. The last time I tried this, I was never able to restore my Outlook Express information - letters saved, address book, etc. I am using Windows ME. I am told that this is a common problem for OE. Does anyone have a solution for this? It was suggested I try to find a program that is specifically for backing up and restoring OE, but I have not been able to find one. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated!

I have always found it easy to transfer Outlook Express. You just delete all the files you find in the folder below and then copy the same ones from your old installation into exactly the same folder. C/Windows/Application Data/Identities/E6D0etc...or similar/Microsoft/Outlook Express
