Hi Folks

The AVG anti-virus program healed all on my infected files on my pc except for one that is stored in the following folder :-

C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\A0002363.CPY

It won't let me delete any of these infected files stored at the above folder. Can anyone please help me on this matter???

Best Regards,
Nick Clarke

hey Nick this scenario is pretty common with system restre and anti virus programs.the solution involves disabling system restore..right click my computer.properties.file system.troubleshooting choose disable system restore..reboot and then scan with avg.system restore protects virus files anti virus programs cannot repair or delete them as long as restore is operating.once you have repaired/deleted the offending file follow the same procedure but uncheck disable system restore rebbot.understand that the above process will cause you to lose all restore points.when you do the second reboot ..enabling restore you will be starting anew with system restore.good luck.
