I just posted what is written below at http://www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads7/12727.html. There you will find the wnapsi32.dll you all have been looking for. Follow the instructions below to install it. Follow the instructions in the second to lat paragraph if you have problems:
It looks like some people are having a lot of trouble with this wnaspi32.dll thing so I thought that I would add my two cents worth.I just downloaded the ZIP executable and yes it does just flash up and disappear. For everyone's information in Win2k it copies the contents to C \Documents and Settings\(your current login name)\Local Settings\Temp. Within the Temp folder you'll find the WINNT folder with the System and System32 folders inside.
If instead of double clicking the ZIP file, you right-click it and select 'Open with Winzip' then select 'Extract' and select somewhere where you'll remember where you put them.
As mentioned above, copy the two files in the 'System' folder to the C \WINNT\System folder and copy the wnaspi32.dll from the 'System32' folder to C \WINNT\System32 and from within the 'Drivers' folder (which you'll notice is inside the 'System32' folder) copy Aspi32.sys to C \WINNT\System32\Drivers.
Now you may find everything is fine and dandy at this point but I didn't as I got an error stating 'Incorrect ASPI installation' (or something like it).
Prior to all this I had noticed that from my NER0 5.5 install I had a copy of WNASPI32.DLL (all in caps) sitting at C \Program Files\Ahead\Nero\WNASPI32.dll and being that it's way more recent than the one I downloaded from this site (169KB 23/10/2001 as opposed to 44KB 10/09/1999) I copied this over to the C \WINNT\System32 directory and hey presto everything works fine and Nero still works.
So if you're having problems download the latest copy of NERO from www.ahead.com, install it copy the WNASPI32.DLL from the location mentioned above and uninstall NERO (if you don't want to keep it that is) and you should be in business.
