Help i can't get into hotmail loging in on the web don't work, login or outlook express don't work, link on msn messenger don't work i have cookies enabled and i have ssl enabled so why don't it work

Do you have a firewall? Are cookies disabled in the firewall? Lately, I've been having problems with Hotmail. I think it's a server thing. Just give it a day. I logged in just a little bit ago and it worked fine. How long has it been since you last logged in? 'Cause if you don't login for a while, they close your account. And they also close it if you send someone abusive emails. Hope it helps

i took my firewall off and tried it but to no avail i checked my browser settings i found that i had cookies off i turned them on again but to no avail. any othe suggestions?

I had a problem that was similar to this every time I tried to login to hotmail I got a "Page cannot be displayed" message. Tried the Hotmail team for support - waste of time. Try re-installing Windows ME(replace all new files), apparently something had overwritten the ME version of the Net connection software preventing SSL working correctly. You'll have to download and install all the windows update files tho.
