Can anyone please help me with this problem. I am running Windows ME on my computer, when I go to "Help" in the start menu, on the bottom frame of the page, a message "The page cannot be displayed" is displayed, when I right click on the page, it says the page refer to this URL: "res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm#hcp://system/undefined". I do not want to reinstall Windows, but I think that the help and support session is very important since I am a novice to computers. I have tried the start-up disk and to search over the Internet for solutions, especially the Microsoft help desk, but they offer no helps. Can you please give me any suggestions, or point to any help?
