Help! computer wont load plz read

ok when i start windows, the diagnostic screen shows up, enables keyboard and everthing yada yada yada, then it beeps and starts loading. when it gets to the windows me start/logo screen with flag, with the little blue bar at bottom, it looks liek its making progress but in about 3-5 seconds, it messes up and it stays in the screen and wont load my stuff. i press esc, but it goes to black screen and it says "updating configurating files, please wait a minute" but it doesnt even load after days. comp just wont load to where u can actually use windows (internet, applications, games) it just stays in that same old logo screen. PLEASE HELP!

No, as i said, you know how it normally starts up, black screen white letters, after the black screen (diagnostic) it oads the logo screen (with ME flag) no matetr WHICH mode u apply it to, it freezes at the logo screen (not actually freeze but it doesnt proceed to the start menu and all like it should, it stays on that flag)

do you know how to load Safe Mode? By tapping on the F8 key during bootup?

Yes... i know how to load safe mode.. IT STILL DOTN WORK it stops at the logo and doesnt proceed to the desk top.

Undertake a repair install:

This is only applicable if you have a Full Version CD, basically you install ME again to the same directory, and if done correctly will not loose any installed software etcetc.
I tried a google on the specs you listed and ???? was not very forthcomimg!!
