help and support files missing,&DLL`S

When i start help and support on windows me, i get an internet explorer script error. An error has occured in the script on this page. When i click out this pops up. Helpctr.(Helpctr has cause an error in MARSCORE.DLL) Thin i click that out and Ddhelp. has caused an error in GDI.exe. NOTHING COMES UP ON MY HELP AND SUPPORT PROGRAM

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q269244 To locate the Marscore.dll file it should be here: C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES.
