Something to do with PC health. It should be here. C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES
You can get it from here. C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\INSTALL\WIN_11.CAB
Why is it missing? I dont know. If your OS is NT4.0 you dont have to worry about this.

We are having the same problems. I've tried to get support from Microsoft to no avail. I tried to access from the above install info, but it does not work for me. I am having the same problem on my home computer, so I figure it is a Microsoft issue. Is there any way else to fix it (other than to re-install entire system)? Thank you.
