Today I installed a second hard drive in my Windows ME system. I formatted the drive and installed software on it and the drive worked perfectly. However, when I view the drive contents with desktop explorer or Norton System Works the drive is reported to be a removable drive. I replaced the drive with another and received the same results. I need to mention that I do have a external scsi Orb drive installed in this system. How do I get the system to recognize the drive as a fixed drive?

I removed the external drive from the system but the secondary hard drive is still reported as a removeable drive. I purchased a new hard drive, did the fdisk/format thing and installed it. The new drive is reported as a removeable drive. Looks like this is something that I will have to live with. Hate that!
