DL the File your missing and if it's still missing more file's Reinstall the game!

I have searched long and hard for the file on line and have tryed reinstalling the game twice.

I have the same error message and haved searched everywhere to find an answer and can't seem to find this file. If anyone knows what to do please tell me.

Try reinstalling your video card drivers, this should provide at least a temporary fix. Also, try upgrading your video card drivers to the latest version available. Geforce cards have drivers available at www.nvidia.com and Radeon cards have drivers available at www.ati.com

well i have gta3 got it from a frend but its cracked.. but anyway
if u have the Legitimate game you can download the version 1.1 patch and that supposibly fixes up the win_vdm missing (i cant use my game because of it the patch only works if u have the proper game cd's (or both copied..) i think you can get the patch from www.gta3files.com if that doesn't work then im sorry but hey i tried
