GStartup.Ink error for ME

I would like to know if anyone is having a problem with GStartup.Ink for ME when the computer is first turned on. If so how did you correct it. Thanks.

Locate the GStartup.LNK item on your desktop and get the properties of the link. Whereever it points to the executable may be missing or corrupt. MSCONFIG should be able to give you some information too (on the startup tab) Run MSCONFIG from the Run command and see what info it has - this may help you resolve it.
