Comment:

When I open a Registry Find and Replace software called Registry Search, it 'overfills' the screen, so that the 'OK' & 'Cancel' type of controls are below the bottom of the screen. The Resize Control at top right is greyed out. WinSize will only crop, rather than shrink the displayed window. TurnItOn does not re-enable the greyed-out Resize control. Are there other options for getting access to the obscured controls of this software ?

Try increasing your screen area (640 x 480, 600 x 800, 1024 x 768, etc.) to the next higher one in display properties.
