I recently replaced my MB and Processor. I have also recovered my System from XP Pro to ME. I now keep recieving several different OE errors (i.e. An exception OE has occured at 0028:00770076 in VxD was called from 0028:c1c27800 in VxD voltrack(04)+00000430) is just one of the many. I have McAfee for a virus program. I have tried everything I know to fix the problem. I am ready to throw the computer out in the trash. Can anyone help. PLEASE! By the way I am a beginner at this computer stuff

Dave, my initial reaction is why? Be that as it may, my SWAG is that when you replaced the board, items that may have been there before need to be installed again so Windows can use them. Even though they may be visible, they aren't necessarily accessable. HTH. Ed in Texas.
