The picture was no help at all gundam. No name just a silhouette. You need to look on the gamepad or it's box for a manufacturer's name and a model number. Then open a Google page (www.google.com) and type the manufacturer's name into the search strip and press the enter key. You should get a list of web pages to click on.

You could try installing a windows default driver, i beleive you can specify how many buttons the joypad has which determines which driver you install.
