FTP server and Cable Modem

I got a D-Link 4hub that is connected to the cable modem so that i can share it with two other computers here at wrk, i had the ftp server up and running. The two other pc's can see the server, dwnload n upload files with no problem. The problem is, i cant get on my ftp server from work, outside my LAN at home, wherein the ip add is 192.168.0.190 (192.168.0.x is the ip address that u get frm the hub)and my cable modem's IP is 68.101.79.xx, how can i connect to my ftp server frm the outside? what IP shd i use?
