Hi all. my pc freezing a lot again mostly now on boot up,sometimes it only partially loads up others it loads up then freezes, it's ok when I re.start, same promlem when trying to shut down as well,I go to start and nothing and have to manually shutdown. I've ran all my spyware and never anything to worry about.

try booting in safe mode, try scandisk for errors, also defrag if required, check memory usage, check system information > diagnostics..., :)
