free email backup program?

Hi,
I am going to do a clean install when I upgrade to windows XP but I want to backup my emails. Is there a free program that will backup your emails?(for eudora and outlook express) Or can I backup my emails my self? If so, how do I do that? Thanks, MOHAA

Do you not just have to export some files to a floppy/CD-R?
I have read of it before on this site. Open your address book then select file - export - address book. There may be something similar for the messages also.
