I just bought a Micronpc.com computer. I love it. Except for the fact it has WinME. Nothing that I own works for it. The one that mainly kills me is my dsl modem. And no there isnt drivers for WinME. I was wondering if I can safely format my hard drive and still have everything working fine. 1 problem...the drivers for the sound card, modem and etc are for WinME only. But the sticker on the front of the computer says...

Ive never seen a sticker with both operating systems on it. Can someone give me some info if i can format and be able to use my sound card. The 56k modem i dont care about since i have dsl. And also will my comp lose power with the downgrade? Thanks.

I re-read my post and didnt state that i want to load win98 after i format. since all my stuff works for win98 and ive had no problems till winme came out. i really wish they would beta test there products.
