I am having problem formatting C drive….PC with 64 RAM, 200 mHz with 2 HDs one with 8GB (C,D partitioned) and another with 6 GB (E). OS is Windows ME. Machine works fine. Files taking up disk space. Want to start clean for 5th grade kid to use. I have formatted my other machine and tried on this particular machine “format c:” and I get message: “Format not supported on drive C:.
