Im running WINME on my computer and i tried formating it. I put in my boot disk and get to C:\. then i type format c: and it says bad command or file name. ive formated other computers b4 and this never happened!!!! whats goin on???
Make sure the file FORMAT.COM is on the bootdisk to start with. Might sound obvious but I've fallen for this one before then had to go make a bootdisk on another pc!
