Flash content problem in I.E. 5-5.5-6 ME

The flash files content is not showing smootly in I.E. It looks like watching a diashow, i can see the different frames of flashmovies flickering. It happend with I.E. 5, and i updated to 6 but the problem still concists. Strangely Netscape and Opera don't have any problem. I updated directx but still no change. (tanx for mediaplayer by the way, i didn't even want that) I cleaned my harddrive with iolo adaware and checked for virusses, found nothing. If any one has a cleu what's going on, please help, don't wanna format again.
