Comment:

I just read about the flash 10 beta update and I don't know if I have it . It says to uninstall the old version. I went to add\delete and it says adobe flash player activeX but I don't know how to find out what version. Should I delete this then install the 10 beta update? Thanks

Beta means that it's in the testing phase...it could possibly be unstable & still have bugs. Why do you want to run a beta??

That's BS, it's a problem with Vista's DEP, not Firefox.

Besides, Firefox 3.x doesn't run on Win9x.

I think I saw that you need at least windows 2000 to run it. I'm sorry about that incorrect URL but when I copied and pasted it the page was a description of the flash 10 when I went back to it again it wasn't there. I had to type flash 10 in the search on that page. Sorry about that. I downloaded the stable version 9 from internet explorer but can anyone tell me why I can't now get it on firefox? I want it to function on firefox and internet explorer. Must I click 'add to my watch list'? Perhaps it does function on both.

Should it also function on Firefox since I downloaded it on IE? It won't download if I attempt it from Firefox but it did On EI? Thanks
