fixing registry directory after virus

i was recently hit by the blebla virus/worm. i followed instructions to fix .exe files and others in the registry directory, however i discovered other "infected" keys. how can i fix these? does anyone know defaults? the infected keys aren't .exe, etc, but longer path names. (i hope im wording this correctly). thanks.
