i am using winnt bootloader to dual boot XP and ME. It usually works fine if i pointed to the correct partitions. However i removed some files on the WinME partition, i can't boot to ME anymore. How do you fix up the boot sector or boot files in ME partition.

Thanks in advance

If you are missing the ME bootfiles, you could boot into DOS with a bootdisk and sys c:... but that will kill your ability to get into XP as it is XP's boot loader that is actually residing in the MBR... not ME's. It is XP's boot loader that is telling your computer where the boot files for Window ME are. Is your boot.ini file pointing to the correct place?

Maybe you ought to let us know what you deleted and what kind of error messages you are getting when trying to boot into ME.
