Reply: Make sure you have the correct drive selected when searching for a file using the search tool (start button/search/for files and folders) If the file is located in C: then C: should be selected. What file are you looking for? protected operating system files or hidden files will not show up unless enabled in folder options.

Reply: Tweak Ui Bug 4 (or windows ME bug?) After installing the new version 1.33 of Tweak Ui the new ME Search dialogs appear but do not function at all. You can't search for files - nothing happens at all. I first tried to uninstall Tweak Ui, but the damage is apparently done and that doesn't help. The solution is related to the one of the other bugs and to the First icon on desktop problem reported. The "Search results" check box must be checked in the Desktop tab. When Tweak Ui loads it apparently has this as unchecked as default and alters this. Just as soon as the "Search results" check box is checked the problem is solved. Regards Miro
