Hi all.. I am running windows ME and the past few days I have been getting these errow messages on windows... Right after ME boots up after I log onto desk top... goes black then a blue screen appears with one of these messages and when I hit enter another error appears... happens every time and I have done scandisc and defrag a few times the past couple of days and it still does thFile Name:APVXD(01) + 00039DBA Error: OE: 0028: C009694E

APVXD belongs to Panda antivirus software. It is most likely causing the rest of your errors also. If you are using this software, boot into safe mode and try to uninstall it.
You can reinstall later if you desire.
