I received an email with file extension .wps
I know that it is a microsoft works file. what program can i use to convert the the without using microsoft works? please help.

Microsoft Word can read a wps file.

i tried notepad, wordpad and microsoft word and they did not work. is there any other program that will convert it.

It's just a Works Text Document. I can't think of any reason Word wouldn't open it unless you don't have the converters installed.
