When doing FDISK in order to wipe the drive clean and do a clean install of an OS,after deleting all DOS partitions shall I delete the Non-DOS partition as well? I would really appreciate if someone could give me some help. Thank you very much.

Best thing to do is to delete every single partition and then create a primary dos partition. Then go about installing the operating system.

The non dos is your 2000 partition. If you have the 4 2000 boot disks just start installing and you will be given the option to format your hard drive then and it will give you the correct size of your HD(from your earlier post). If you don't have them you can download from bootdisk.com.
