Comment:
I ran scan disk in dos mode and it said that I have a fat entry error at module/cluster(?) 499712. It can't continue past this point. Is there any way that I can fix this? What should I do? G (-:

Get a utility like Norton Disk Doctor (Norton Utilities) or Fix-IT. Hopefully they will be able to repair your drive.

use fdisk to remove partitions and then re build them. when fdisk asks do you want large disk access say yes.
