Exporer Error

I really dont know much about computers, but I know when I see a problem. Well, everytime I double click the Internet Explorer icon, a messege pops up saying: Explorer Explorer has caused an error in MSIESH.DLL. If you continue to experience this problems, try restarting your computer. Now I have done the restart thin anumber of times, but I still get the messege, and the IE doesnt want to work at all, I even tryed to reinstall the IE...im just lost, anyone have any ideas?
